After their highly successful inaugural year The Utopiates are back to where it all began on the 4th February at the Post Bar in Tottenham, kicking off 2022 with their own headline show and single release party for their upcoming track ’Devolution’.

Launched in January 2021, The Utopiates are already stacking up the accolades and have amassed over 80,000 streams online. They were played on Radio 6 by Steve Lemaq, were invited to play alongside some of their hero’s at the 10,000 strong Shiiine On Weekender and have been picked by ‘This Feeling’ as a band to watch in 2022.

Their unique but eclectic brand of groove-filled, indie rock ’n’ roll tunes take elements from a range of genres including disco, psychedelia, new wave and baggy; making their shows dynamic, dancey and always interesting.

As a single release party the band will be giving away the new track ‘Devolution’ as a free download with any ticket bought as an exclusive for the fans (official release date is the 11th of February).

The band will also be joined in support by some very special guests (support band details TBC). The very talented selector of bangers DJ Garmz will be rounding off the night with a house set which will take us up until 02:30.

This is going to be a great event that we want our fans and friends (new and old!) to really get into, as we (The Utopiates) will be doing too! Hopefully the first of many at Post Bar and much more than just your average gig night.
