Szabó Balázs Bandája

Szabó Balázs singer-songwriter, multiinstrumentalist grew up in a little village of Northeastern Hungary, where music was integral part of everyday life.

After getting out of this surrounding, he began his career as an actor, puppet artist whilst he started discover his own music through Hungarian folk culture and Hungarian literature.

As an artist now his musical approach is filled with all his roots, at the same time enlarged with such colours as funky, hip-hop, pop-rock and classical music.

His band, Szabó Balázs Bandája making sold out concerts in the most popular venues in Hungary, such as A38, Akvarium, Palace of Arts. They are also regular performers on the VOLT Festival and Sziget Festival.
