SNS X Love Music Hate Racism - Open Mic

Love Music Hate Racism, Stand Up to Racism Haringey and Spoken, Not Stirred have teamed up with post bar to bring you a night of music, poetry and vibes, along with an open mic for those who want to share.

Headling the event we have Brighty a spoken word artist, emcee, singer and beatboxer who combines the powers of all four. With the aid of a loopstation, he uses his voice to build tracks of original beats and unique twists on cover songs, to take the audience on a spoken word memoir. His story is of his experiences with his daughter, born extremely prematurely and who has overcome incredible challenges to get where she is today, a story of dogged determination and personal strength.
