Poly Dub

New year, more dances! Back at @thepostbartottenham for the first of more to come sound system Fridays!

We never knew that playing with wood, speakers and wires would take us on this dancy road so quickly, and if sometimes very few things are making sense in this tangled times, putting on a sound system session is how we get by. 

Our good friend, Mark Felt, and the not-so-new around here DJ and designer duo, @goodblock, are joining us this time  Returning from a recent Tour de Iberia with his rig and massive plans for this year, including setting up a stage at @highrise_festival later on in September, @feltsoundsystem has been a long due link up.

Fond of global riddims with a latin flavour, locally sourced, manor raised grimy basslines and home made dubs, can’t wait to taste them all soon  We somehow ended up checking Good Block’s nights, often getting stuck with their records, mixes and edits. 

We share a low end interest, and their cosmic Caribbean, sometimes balearic tunes have been a regular blast at our dances. They’ll pack a swirling siren and some special FX unit for the night too  Grab some friends, be nice and come share the shaky dancehall that is Post Bar with us all.
