Join us on July 4th for a political party (lower case) with a purpose! Celebrate Jo Dowbor’s 26th birthday in true revolutionary style - a Global South-themed night full of solidarity, delicious food, music, dancing, and a chance to make a difference. This is no ordinary birthday bash.

We’re raising funds for Biblioteca Popular Florentino Ameghino @bibliotecaopendoor, a vital community library in Luján, Argentina - Jo's hometown - which is facing closure due to political instability and lack of resources. With your help, we can keep this library open and continue supporting the local community Luján.

There is an entry fee of £7, which covers your dinner (two Argentine empanadas), shisha, and mate.
