About the Event

The Duende Duo brings a unique  and passionate fusion of Flamenco with folkloric music from around the world.

The project consisting of Andres Miranda and Leo Gaizauskas. Miranda, composer and performer from Colombia, infuses his work with the rhythms and energy of his homelands music and the innovative skills he’s picked from studying around the world. Gaizauskas, guitarist from England, his musical journey has taken him from the vibrant streets of Spain, where he immersed himself in studying Flamenco, to the bustling Jazz scene in London, to the rhythmic heartbeat of Brazil, where he delved into samba, Bossa-nova, and choro.

Federico Pecchia is a composer and guitarist, a strong exponent of the current Latin American music scene. His songs explore the subtlety of chamber music, tango, the beauty of Argentina's popular songbook, and all of South America's. He blends his style with improvisation and the harmony of jazz and contemporary genres.

He was appointed Cultural Ambassador by the International Foundation for Human Rights in Madrid in 2019, participated in the campaigns: 30.000 trees for memory, Red Card to abusers, and Unite to End Gender Violence with the United Nations in 2013.

He is the creator, owner, and technician of the recording studio Racimo de Luz which has produced more than 20 albums in the field of Argentine folk music.
